What is wrong with me? Please help

I am 38 +2, and my last appointment was about a week ago. They took my blood pressure 3 times because it was so high, which is not normal for me. The final BP was 150/82. I also had (and still do have) major swelling, so my doctor sent me to Labor & Delivery at the hospital right away to b monitored. They did some urine and blood testing and sent me home because they said everything came back normal. However, I still have the swelling and it just seems to be getting worse. How can I reduce this swelling besides elevating my feet? It’s to the point that I can’t even get my shoes or pants on, so I’m left wearing slippers everywhere I go (which is so embarrassing 🥺) I’m in nursing school by the way, which I know doesn’t help my condition 🤦🏻‍♀️🥵
