A bit scared and confused

Hi y’all,

So I’m concerned something is wrong. I sometimes (really only when I pee) I get yellow mucus/discharge. I can’t really tell exactly where it’s coming from. I thought maybe I have a UTI or something but I don’t really think I feel all of the symptoms.. I read online yellow discharge can be an STD but I also read it can be urine but I’m still sorta freaking out. I only have 1 partner and we are long distance and I just got back from visiting him. There’s no way he would cheat though so I don’t know where I would get it from (if it even is one) I’m at school rn so I can’t go to my Gyno till spring break and I don’t really trust the health center here, + I’m in Ohio so like idk if planned parenthood are available near me.
