Scam texts

So recently I’ve been getting scam texts. 4 in all. The first two were about semi precious stones which is something I’m interested in, so I figured I signed up for some text thing and forgot about it. But I just got two texts saying “can you eat my p*ssy” with a link and I’m freaked out. I realize they probably just created a random list of phone numbers but I’ve gotten 4 in the past week and none before that.

Any advice? I already blocked the emails that sent them to me.
