Pee smells like iron

So for me personally when it’s a few days leading up to my period I get an iron/blood smell when I pee and that’s one of the tell tail signs that I’m about to get my period.

Well I was diagnosed with pcos back in June and I’ve gotten my period 3 times in the last year and a half.

It’s weird because even though I don’t get my period every month, I still have a few days in a row every month around the same time where my pee smells like iron/blood and then it goes away after those few days.

Like every month this happens as if I’m going to get my period (bc that used to be the sign of it) but then I never get it.
