Bad anxiety
“We’re okay. We’re gonna be okay. I get anxious about things that haven’t happened and then I self destruct causing them to happen. I won’t lie. That’s one of the things I got that’s really shitty. I get anxious and upset about things that haven’t happened then it affects me and us and then it happens. Like yesterday. If I had just calmed down and just cried alone and got myself together, today wouldn’t have happened and I’m sorry.”
I told this to my boyfriend and he responded really well and I need some help with my anxiety getting outta hand
