Need to vent

My 3 yr old has pneumonia, my 2yr old has a productive cough, and my 16 month old tested positive for RSV tonight. I’m so exhausted because everyone is crying and sick, and there’s nothing I can do to make them feel better. They sent my 16 month old home from urgent care tonight with a fever, wheezing, and coughing so hard she pukes (obviously the positive RSV test) telling us to take her to the ER if anything changes otherwise follow up in 2 days with the pedi. I am just so exhausted and obviously worried for my little one.
