Heart beating out of my chest ♥️ 29w 4d

Is it normal to feel your heart beat out of your chest/neck/back etc as if you just ran a marathon.....but you’re at rest? It doesn’t always beat fast but it beats hard and takes the breath right out of me. It happens whenever - I could be standing, bending over, walking and even when I’m sitting or laying down. It hurts really bad and I can’t breathe when this happens and it’s a lot. Please help!
