At what point do I give up?

One app says I'm 8 days late the other says 6 days. I had cramps about the day I was supposed to start but that's it. Nothing else. I don't have anything to compare it to because with my first I didn't even know to check. I was 10 days late before I even knew to check. I have been testing daily and not once have I gotten a clear positive. Just very faint lines but I could have serious line eyes. I've tried first response early result, the 88cent Walmart cheap ones, clear blue, an Ingles brand, and digitals. Should I just give up?
