Has anyone here conceived on their first round of IUI?
My reproductive endocrinologist recently recommended my husband and I try IUI as I have endometriosis and PCOS and my husband has low sperm motility. (What a combo right!?) I have taken my 5 day dose of Letrozole 5 mg and am waiting for my positive opk to come in the office for IUI. Has anyone had any success on the first round of IUI, either natural or with the aid of fertility medicine? All experiences welcome ❤️
