Formula closest to breast milk? (Taste)

I am no longer able to breast-feed my baby but she only likes and wants breast milk. She Doesn’t really take the formula until she is starving but she gags so bad.

Ugh my baby was exactly the same up until this week! First we went through an entire case of Enfamil and she didn’t drink any of it I just kept trying for a month every bottle was waisted ! She got to the point were she wouldn’t trust anything from a bottle. Then when that ran out we got Similac and so far she has slowly began accepting it. She still wants the breast but she’s getting better and better. Another thing I realized my baby prefers cold milk straight from the fridge. Before I was warming it up to get it how warm breastmilk is but she likes it cold lol try anything momma u got this!

Formula tastes AWFUL, your baby will just have to adjust sadly. It might take a while but try not to get too frustrated. Breastmilk is really sweet and formula tastes like sweaty feet so a lot of babies struggle with the transition.

I had to supplement but my daughter only would take Gerber Soothe in the orange can. It says closest to breast milk on it. You can also look into your local eats on feet’s page for breast milk donations. They’re on Facebook ❤️
