4 month baby

So my 4 month baby has been having 4ounces of formula every 3 hours and he drinks it waaaay too fast. I’ve tried pace feeding but this boy cries and screams when I move his bottle. He drinks his formula sometimes less than 10 minutes. He used to drink it in around 20 minutes because when I would pace feed he wouldn’t get too fussy now he gets waaaay too fussy. Idk what to do. Heeeeeeelllllpppp!!!!!
