3 weeks old. 24 hours no poop :(
Should I call the doctor tomorrow?
My three week old is EBF & usually pooping all day long. But it’s been 24 hours now and she hasn’t pooped ....
She’s still nursing great and peeing. But she’s gassy and fussy :( any advice?
