Boyfriend helps very little with the kids?

Most of the time he sits on his recliner and helps from there. Sometimes he’ll make our daughter food when needed, but mostly everything else falls on me. (Play time, bath time, getting read for daycare, driving kids to daycare) He gets frustrated when taking care of our 4mo son and says he’s “not equipped” to take care of him but had no issue taking care of our daughter when she was an infant. He’s always sleeping too. AITA here for wanting him to do much more? Like an equal part and not 30/70?
