Missed miscarriage ??

I'm only 5 weeks. So I know I wont be able to feel alot jusy yet, but i know the chances for q miscarriage are about 1 in 5(20 some percent) at this point . 
I have tender breasts still, still pretty exhausted at points, so my Hope's are that it is continuing healthily. But I just dont overly feel pregnant at this time. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 5 weeks but i felt very much pregnant . I've had no signs of increased urination or morning sickness. Just sensitive breasts, and vivid dreams.. Last night I had some sharp but short pains in my pelvic area , which I was praying was just everything growing .  But I'm unsure. I have an appointment on Monday but I guess I'm just looking for overall advice. Has anyone been through a missed miscarriage and can tell me what I should be expecting ???

The odds of a missed miscarriage are not 20%, it's about 1%. And you wont know you miscarried. I had significantly worse symptoms with my missed miscarriage than I did with my healthy pregnancy. Symptoms dont mean anything so try not to worry.

I had a missed miscarriage in December of 2018. Unfortunately there’s not much to say other than your pregnancy symptoms may disappear or they may continue on. I didn’t have any symptoms during that pregnancy which my doctor made seem like was the worst thing in the world but I’m 14+4 right now and I have had pretty much no symptoms again this pregnancy and it’s totally normal. 
Try not to worry yourself too much and just keep the faith until your next appointment

A missed miscarriage is just that, missed. They call it that because you don’t know. I had one in October and I was still throwing up and exhausted because my body didn’t realize that I lost the baby. With that being said, it is normal for symptoms to come, go and change. All you can do is take care of yourself and hope for the best. Good luck!

I’m 5 weeks tomorrow with two previous early losses (5-6 weeks). So I’m right there with you with the anxiety. But I reeeally don’t think there’s any way to tell if you have a missed miscarriage, and you’re just freaking yourself out. 
*To the best of your knowledge you are pregnant and everything is going well!* Keep telling yourself that over and over.

Your HCG levels may be different this time around. If they’re a bit lower/norm you may not feel as sick as fast.
I had a mmc last year and I did lose symptoms so that’s stressing me out too - I’m 6+6 today. I was feeling tired and yukky early last week, then felt fabulous for a few days and was so stressed, and now I feel sick again.

I am almost 11 weeks with baby#1 and I have literally zero symptoms and don’t feel pregnant. It’s so weird but I’ve seen baby three times now, moving around and heartbeat.

I suffered a missed miscarriage last summer. I was 13 weeks when we learned baby stopped growing at 10 weeks. I was still having symptoms all the way up until the day I my D&C procedure. Try not to measure everything by your symptoms even though it's hard. I'm currently pregnant now and everyday I remind myself that "Today I Am Pregnant". Hope that helps!
