So I’m a daycare teacher to two year olds and told the kids that we’d have a party for Valentine’s Day. One of the other teachers said she wanted to make cupcakes for the kids (yes their parents are okay with us giving them sweets). Now every time she’s made cupcakes for them and brought them to work to give to the kids, they didn’t want them. They’d try them but after a bite or two they didn’t want it but when we had a party for Christmas they loved the cake (store bought). Would it seem rude if I just told her that I want to buy some instead?
