Did you concieve with endometriosis???

Question

I had surgery this month to remove stage2 endometriosis aswell as dye test on my tubes wich was clear  I had high hopes feeling cleaned out but yet 11dpo and still bfn I feel like it's never going to happen 3 years down the line 💔I'm mentally struggling with this journey

Had a history of cysts and polyps and a questionable pap result that was treated with cervix cryotherapy and one ovary that supposedly functioned around 5% of the time...then after a few years of TTC...the big endometriosis bombshell.  Started treating with shortterm BC.  Was told it was pretty severe and was scheduled for surgery.  I went back the doctor and told her I wanted to wait alittle longer.  My gut was telling me to just wait.  Try one more time.  Reluctantly the doctor agreed.  Sooooo, guess what???  The day my surgery was supposed to happen, I took a test.  Buttttt, I really already knew!!!  We were pregnant!!!!!!!  I was 37 years old!  Now I have a 16 month old happy and healthy little boy!  Pregnancy and birth couldn’t have been more textbook perfect!  Have faith, hope.  
BTW, along the way after the diagnosis, I found Pycnogenol.  I took this for about 1 1/2 months... right before my positive test.

A family member with endometriosis has 5 kids lol. It's possible and she def made it happen
