Spinach for 7 month old
Has anyone given the baby spinach at 7 months !?
I made some for my little girl some earlier & just feed her some for dinner well of course after she ate it I was reading about it & it said not to give it to baby until 10-12 months because of nitrates !!
So my question is, is it okay that she ate spinach at 7 months !??
I don’t think I’m going to give her anymore !
It was frozen spinach if that makes a difference !
