When did your baby move up to size 1 diapers

What age or weight? 
My baby is 8lb 6 oz and he has outgrown pampers and Huggies but not other brands like parents choice. I have a lot of newborn diapers and they say up to 10 lbs.

Unfortunately the weight recommendations are just a guideline, as babies are different shapes and sizes! My son is skinny but very tall, we had to size up pretty quickly as the diapers were getting too short on his back and every poop was a blowout.
If you have lots of leftover diapers, you can return/exchange them (if still in boxes), pass them off to another mom or mom to be, or donate them. 😊

I voted 1 mo, but my little one has been in size 1 since 2 weeks. He weighed 8lbs 3oz at that time. Also, I’m currently using parents choice with no problems, I just make the top “straps” tighter than other brands. I started with the free samples I had (huggies, Pampers, honest, and up & up) and had no problems with those either. With my first baby, he was born 8lbs 8oz and never wore newborn diapers.
