Has anyone seen anything like this? Very worried

Just figured out I cant post a video of it...
My 7 month old daughter scrunched up her face, kind of half smiled, and her eye twitched, then she sort of shrugged herself out of it. The whole movement looked very unnatural. 
Today she also started smiling strangely... closing her eyes and holding an open mouthed smile for maybe 3-5 seconds. It was odd. I’d like to take her to the doctor but if it’s nothing it seems more dangerous to do so with all the illness that’s currently going around.

Maybe I'm not picturing it correctly but it sounds like what my daughter did for a few weeks. Her eyes would close just barely all the way and she would smile but she would usually make a sweet little babble with it too. 
If it seems unnatural or you're worried about it though I would try getting it on video and ask if there is a number you could send it to so the pediatrician can see it. 
Taking her in could be a waste of time if they can't actually see it and everything else seems fine and healthy.
