5 Months after 2 pill Abortions...

Hey guys did anyone else have a issue when they did the pill abortion and had to get surgery after to properly remove the rest of the pregnancy? It's been 5 months now and I can't seem to put on weight at all no matter what I eat. My Period went back to it's normal cycle but recently I've got my period after 5 days again. My doctor thinks I might be Pregnant. I couldn't imagine having to have another Abortion. Any help? Or Advice? (Anything but talk about birth control please)
