Temperature

My baby is almost 11 months old & woke up at 3:30am w/ a 102.1 fever gave her ibuprofen & she went back to sleep a little after that. 9:30 this morning I check her temp again it’s 100.2. Gave her more ibuprofen. At 1:15 this afternoon she was still pretty warm I checked and it was 101.8. She has no other symptoms besides less wet diapers then normal and not eating as much. My question is when would you call your child’s pediatrician..?
