My BF doesn’t want to do anything

We talked about doing activities for him & I only and also with the kids. He doesn’t want to do anything! I send him all these cool, cute, FREE ideas (movies on the beach, the zoo, etc!)—he ignores me every time. I asked “why don’t you answer?” “Because I don’t want to do that.” He says he doesn’t like crowds, but he’s planning on going to a heavy metal concert coming up. I mentioned that and he said, “Yea, it depends on the crowd!” I gather if it’s what HE WANTS. I said let’s go on a day trip somewhere. He said Yea! Let’s go to Busch Gardens! I agreed because Ive never been! But, I don’t wanna get my hopes up cuz I feel like he’s just leading me on.

Maybe he doesn’t want to spend time with me? He is PERFECTLY content: working, having sex, smoking a joint, watching TV and sleeping. I’m losing it. He wasn’t always like this. How do I spice it up? ADVICE?
