Could bad sex lead to divorce?

My husband is a good looking guy, has a nice size penis but for some reason... I cannot enjoy sex with him. We will have a good night of sex maybe once every few months but other than that, it’s terrible. I’ve tried taking sex pills, using toys, foreplay... I’m just not into it with him. I can’t get wet or stay wet for him. Even when we try lube it just dries up bc I’m not turned on. He’s complained about how lazy I am during sex and I would like to be more proactive but sex with him just doesn’t do it for me. We’ve been trying for two years and nothing is working. Could this end our marriage? He told me today he thinks our marriage is over
