Daycare moms

Is your baby sick all the time? I mean that literally. My daughter is seriously never healthy. She always has a cough and congestion. She gets raspy and wheezy. She was diagnosed with bronchiolitis last month. She’s never gotten better since then. We went back to the doctor today because I just want some answers and want to be able to do something to make her better.

We were just told that she keeps getting viruses and it’s just something we have to deal with because she’s in daycare and babies get sick. Am I wrong for being completely frustrated and crying the whole way home from the doctor’s office? Is this seriously our life? Just having a baby who is never healthy and there’s nothing we can do about it? I know babies get sick, I know she’s exposed to a lot of sickness at daycare.... I’m not an idiot. But I feel like this isn’t normal and I shouldn’t have a baby who is sick more often than she’s healthy and I don’t know what to do anymore.
