Naps?

My LO has been refusing his last little cat nap. I know we should be dropping to 2 naps but his naps stink and he’s typically up from his 2nd one around 2. How in the world am I supposed to keep him going until 6:30-7?! His first 2 wake times are 2.25 & 2.5 😫

My son would fight his 3rd nap as well so we just ended up dropping it for a couple of months now and he wakes up at 2-3 from his last one and let me tell you it’s hard but I keep him entertained as much as I can until 7 😰

I was in the same boat. I started stretching her wake times a smidge so she is up for the day around 7/7:30.. first nap at 10ish... second nap at 2ish... I’ve tried a bunch of things and this works best!! 
(If she’s up super early and her first nap is early I will put her down for a nap like it’s a regular nap around noon but only let her sleep 30 mins and wake her up then put her down again around 2:30)

maybe try to keep him awake a bit longer between naps?😘maybe around 3 hours. Thats what worked for us. 🙂

Try extending the morning wake windows a little to push the second nap later in the day.

For 3 naps, it would need to be close to 3/3/3 for proper wake windows. ❤️
