I need advice
My almost 2 yr old has been pooping hard dry stools like pebbles or balls Idk how to put it but it doesn’t seem to hurt when he poops . I’ve tried more water yogurt but doesn’t seem to make his stools normal like they used to be . What or how can I help him go normal . TIA
