Pls help!

My daughter got pink eye over the weekend and spread into the other eye. I took her to her follow up appointment today and they also found she has an ear infection. So she is on amoxicillin for pink eye and ear infection. As of a little over an hour ago she won’t stop cry and screaming. Idk what else to do! I have her Tylenol and currently laying down with her but she stops crying for a min then starts again. Any ideas on how I can help her? I have class tonight and I dint want to miss this test but obviously my baby’s health is more important but I don’t want to leave her with my step mom while she’s like this.
