Implantation?

10 DPO. CM has been thin/watery, medium-heavy amount, whitish color. No other symptoms of pregnancy or AF but, tonight my DH and I were having some fun and I had some bright red bleeding. We stopped and cleaned up, about 10 minutes later I went pee and it wiped light pink but had a tiny piece of tissue. I’ve been pregnant 3X before, 1 chemical, 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic tubal pregnancy that resulted in removing the tube. I’ve never experienced implantation bleeding and wondering if anyone who has had passed any tissue? It was the tiniest tiniest piece and I’ve since not had any bleeding or spotting (but this was all like an hour ago). Any advice, kind words or baby dust is much appreciated!
