Should I tell my roommates to stop using my stuff? REUPLOAD EDIT
So I live with two other girls in apartments, this is our kitchen:
Blue is A, who lived over the summer
Yellow is V, who moved in just before me,
And red is Me

As you can see, A made no room for us.
The drawer by the fridge is for silver ware and for most of the year I kept it there until I noticed it was being used by people not me.
To be clear everyone’s silverware looks nothing alike and I kept it they under the impression we’d use our own.
I finally got fed up with coming home to dishes I didn’t leave so I moved to the red drawer.
My stuff is still being used, more now in fact.
Mom says I should let it go, the silverware is old and the wanna get a rise.
However
The person using it
Also had OCD
And forbids us from touching her stuff.
It’s towards the end of the year but the fact I’ve felt more like a guest than at home sucks. A has even told me she’s just letting us stay in her house. (UPDATE: it’s not btw, it’s a large apartment complex, she just lived here a year prior to us)
ALSO:

IT HAS MY NAME
The plastics is A, she refuses to move them
EDIT:
I thought it would be obvious but maybe not.
This is not my only issue with them.
The apartment constantly smells like weed, so much it makes me sick.
V is very lazy and leaves her dirty dishes out for weeks.
A will randomly start cleaning our shared bathroom at 3 in the morning and recently got a boyfriend who stays till 6 am and they are definitely not quiet, among other issues.
I’ve lived with roommates for four years, and truly some nightmare girls, but NEVER have a genuinely felt disrespected in my own home. I’m pretty good, I go to bed at 12, cleanup after myself, try to be quiet, but I don’t know what to do in this situation.
