So confused

So partner and I been together 4 years meant to be getting married this November. I am 10 weeks pregnant. So at the weekend we had a big argument but even though been getting on since he told me to cancel the wedding and shouldn't have the baby. I had a scan yesterday and he won't even look. I know the argument was big and based on a lot of issues but this seems bad. He's been OK with me one minute and not the next I don't known what to think or do
