Missing baby?

Has anyone had anything like this happen to them before & everything worked out okay?

Went for a 7 week early scan yesterday, but there was no baby in my womb, or outside the womb (so not chance of ectopic) no gestation sac or yolk.

I went to the hospital and they checked my cervix which is still closed and feels fine, took my blood and everything has come up pregnant?

Where is the baby??? I'm feeling sick with worry. I have to go back in 48 hours to have bloods done to check my hormone levels

Would really appreciate some good news right now 🤞🤞🤞🤞
