Advice on the journey?

Hey ladies,

I have only been TTC for about four months and it feels like eternity. I have been through the ups and downs of removing my IUD, switching to the pill for a month long cycle, and then stopping birth control all together to begin our TTC journey.

This is my first month using opk’s. We typically will “baby dance” every day to every three days, so I am beginning to worry at month four. I know most doctors shrug at you if you haven’t been trying for over a year without success. I do have PCOS, so I’m hoping the opk’s will help me know my true cycles. I’ve had so many random spotting days, it’s impossible to know what’s going on.

I’m crossing my fingers between the Metformin, opk’s, and many attempts.. some magic happens soon. My sister is currently admitted and being induced, and through all this joy there’s a pit in my stomach I can’t achieve this one day.

I know many of you have been trying for much, much longer than I have.. so I almost feel selfish. Do any of you have any advice for this journey?
