OMG!!! Super long plz help

Ummmm do yous see this line 😳 so I had nexplanon for 5 1/2years. Got it out Jan 14th had a period the 18th. Hubby and I were trying to conceive. I never got a period for February so far. I was 4-5 days late and I kept getting negatives. So I was scared something was wrong. So I got a blood test done Thursday the 20th and got my results Monday the 24th it was negative so I gave up and was like ok maybe my body needs time to adjust. BUTTT. I’ve been having side pains for awhile after a stomach bacterial infection I had since the blood test was negative my dr had me get a cat scan done that Monday the 24th. Anyways I took a test last night just for the heck of it cause I had 2 tests I was gona save for next month. Right away it looked negative so I through it in the trash instead of waiting. Something told me to look at it so I did and it was positive but I was like hm maybe it’s from it sitting. I decided to take one just now in the morning feb29th and 😳 it’s positive. Will the baby be ok from be getting a cat scan on Monday I’m super scared now
