TMI ?What would you do? TMI

So my son had a GI bug. Diarrhea nonstop for a week straight. Then my husband had it. Now, I have it. Almost 3 years ago I have a ruptured ectopic that was attached to my bowel. Had to have surgery, got it cut away and ever since the surgery loose stool has been some what excruciating. Well, Iv had loose stool since Wednesday night. The pain has been more than excruciating. It’s in my upper abdomen. It’s hurts so so much that today my entire torso front and back and some of my upper back is so freaking uncomfortable and even my hips and feels almost like period like cramps and hurts so much. I called my doctor and they said to stay hydrated. They don’t know about all the pain (wasn’t hurting like this when I was talking to them). There is a small amount of blood in my stool and between that and the pain I’m starting to get a little concerned. I’m 14 weeks today. Would you go to the ER?
