Change in hygiene behavior

Okay so most women live with their men know their patterns very well. My man and I have been living together for a year. Since we've been together he has never once shaved his pubes. So I'm a little bit weird it out that when I came home tonight after work I went to use the bathroom they were pubes in the toilet. This is completely abnormal considering that I've seen him naked on a regular basis for the past year and he's never shaved his pubic hair before and all the sudden today he does and just the other weird things today like he has been extremely quiet. Usually he'll text me and ask me how my day is going but he hasn't at all and when I text him all I got was a single word back. I came home and he had cleaned the house which he doesn't normally do or at least on a regular basis I'm usually the one who has to clean up because he doesn't.

And then I get into the bedroom and the blanket isn't in the bedroom I mean to you washed it but it wasn't dirty... I don't know if I'm just overthinking things maybe he's trying to surprise me but it's just changes in behavior really freaked me out because the last time I was with a guy and he started doing things like shaving his pubic hair and cleaning the house because when I wasn't home he had a other females over
