Looking for a specific toy for my 15 month old

My right requires a hand to hold while she falls asleep. If she wakes up in the middle of the night she needs a hand again but once she's sleeping she'll wake up when I take my hand away.

Well tonight we realized that she loves holding the butt paste tube. She was more interested in holding that than holding my hand. Unfortunately it wouldn't be safe to let her hold it unsupervised (the lid could twist off or she could bite holes in it).

Can anyone think of a safe toy that's a similar shape as a tube of butt paste??? If so, you'll save my sanity.
