Stupid Bad Dream

Can someone please tell me why my stupid period hormones have me waking up at 3:30 bawling my eyes out. I had a dream that my boyfriend moved to Tennessee without telling me and came back home to Ohio one weekend to tell me he doesn’t love me and that he is breaking up with me while we’re in a clothing store. He also told me in the dream that he only ever saw me as a friend. I know my boyfriend loves me very much so I have nothing to be freaking out about. But I literally woke up in full blown sobs and now I just want to hear about all the weird or crazy dreams you guys have had.
