HCG levels

At 5w6d I got my HCG levels checked & they were 26,302 .. 2 days ago at 7w2d they are now at 112,092 .. is this could progression ?

I know you are suppose to check if they double every 48 hours or so , but my doctor doesn’t do that .. what do you guys think
