Ovulating

I’m on the combo pill and take it perfectly. I track my ovulation with opks and I had a serious positive about a week ago. We didn’t have sex cus I was freaking out. I have a doctors appointment but it’s not for another two weeks. I’m still taking my opks and pill perfectly and today my control line is starting to get darker again! It’s not a positive but it’s getting there. Could I ovulate again? If you were me would you wait til after the doctor to have sex again?
