Help please

I accidentally left my pills in my car for about 5 hours and they were in the sun. The pack feels pretty warm and it got kinda warm in my car. It’s 62 degrees outside but like I said it was in the sun for 5 hours. My pack says not to let it get over 77 degrees. Do you think my pills will still be okay to take? And work correctly. I have 8 pills left this pack before my placebo pills
