What do I do 😞

So me and my boyfriend own a bar and restaurant together. I didn't wanna do it in the first place. I HATE IT!! but he likes it. I wanna quit but he can't do it without me. Every time I say something that I wanna go get a new job it always ends in a fight. (We never once fought for the 2 years I lived with him untill the bar came into the picture) we always get along other then with work. What do I do?? 😔😞
