I'm 27 been having in and out depression

I been diagnosed with ADHD when I was 5 when I was 12 years old was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and Impulsive disorder been through a traumatic past when I saw my father beat up my mother with blood everywhere when I was 5 still remember until this day how abusive he was to my mom and verbally abuse me and my sister till this day I'm still angry about my past teen years and my childhood seems like therapy ain't really work been on alot of different meds on and off taking it
