Stomach problems before period 😕

So I feel like the last few months I have been having diarrhea a few days before my period. This has never happened before, and I’ve been getting my period for 10 years now. Along with that I have a lack of appetite and nausea. Does this happen to anyone else? It’s gotten to the point where I’m afraid to leave my house a few days before I know my period is going to come. 😓
