Period Talk

So my period is 5 days late.. it has me nervous that I might be pregnant but I’m not sure.

My period is normally very irregular and also I’ve been sick since my period was supposed to start. Ive done some research and read that being sick can effect your menstrual cycle.

I’m 23yrs old and still lives at home with a very old school biblical parents. They would flip shit if they even find out I’ve been sexually active. My boyfriend of 8 months is 30yrs old (my parents met him and do approve of him) and we don’t always use a condom.. This just has me stressing out. If you have a very strict family like mine you’ll know what I mean. And to add I am still sick so that isn’t helping me feel any better either. What do you guys think? Am I overthinking things or do I have a good reason to be freaking out?
