Severe pain ‼️‼️‼️

I woke up earlier this morning at 5 am to my period. Wasnt that big of a deal, i dealt with it then all of a sudden i had started to feel nauseous while on the toilet, i felt like i was gonna nearly faint. when i was finished, the nausea worsened and i couldnt see anything, everything was black. i started to get a severe pain in my lower right abdomen. I wasnt able to stand up or sit up with out the pain getting worse and passing out. I had gotten my parents a half an hour later to help me. Im not in as much pain now but i do have some pain in the same lower right area.

my mom believes it could be an ovarian cyst? does anyone else have any idea what it could have been? Ive never had cramps at this severity. this was definitely a 10/10 pain.

i am also sexually active and did have sex yesterday.
