What if I’m not pregnant?!?!

I’m just really paranoid at the moment. I had a miscarriage last year and I just found out I’m pregnant again. Anyways I won’t be having an ultrasound done for a while (this hospital is so weird) but I’ve noticed I have cloudy urine even tho I drink a ton of water all day. Then I noticed my cervix is low and hard??? I read a UTI can rarely cause a false positive and I’ve taken 5 tests and all were positive so that’s good then right? Shouldn’t my cervix be high up though? This is baby #3 (technically #4) so I figured I’d know by now but I’m just worried. Pls help
