Not sure where to post this but I need help😕

We were scrubbing down our baby’s nursery(he’s due in August), we used a floor cleaner that has to be diluted and I guess we didn’t dilute it enough and it completely stripped the waxey film off of our wood tile floor. Now it feels like sandpaper😓. Is there something I can do to make the tile smooth again? Or does it have to be replaced ? The tile is also coming up in one spot as shown in the second picture.
