Why I had another miscarriage

I found out earlier in the month after coming close to losing my life weeks before turning 21, I have a blood clot taking up my lower right lung that went undetected. Last month I had another miscarriage due to the blood clot the doctors believe especially while pregnant something is causing the blood clots which are causing the miscarriages. I have a lot of testing that has to be done and a long road of treatment. It makes me feel so empty inside and numb I’m not sure how the grieve and handle everything else. Has this ever happened to anyone else here, how do you handle something like this?
