Kyleena IUD pain during sex

hi everyone. i have had the kyleena iud for about a year now and my boyfriend and i have been together for about 2 + 1/2 years. He is more endowed, but it seems like every time we have sex i bleed a little bit after (almost like spotting) when he hits certain angles i can sometimes feel a really sharp pain. is it possible that he’s hitting my iud or moving it around? i was told that this couldn’t happen but i don’t know what else it could be because i used to never bleed or feel pain like this on the pill.
