Anxiety plz help

I just don’t know how to control my anxiety over the last hour I have been receiving all my school work for tomorrow on google classroom and I have a lot of anxiety and just don’t no how to handle it. I have been crying all day because my mum won’t let me go to school and have have so many exams and scared that I will get a 0 for all of them and just want to see my friends how do I handle my anxiety please help me
